HR ASSISTANT @ PRECISION MALAYSIA
Precision Malaysia is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, specifically located at Jalan Sultan Ismail. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals eager to build a foundational career in Human Resources. Key responsibilities span across core HR functions, including recruitment support, handling payroll documentation, managing employee relations, and general HR administration tasks. Candidates must be able to join the team immediately or within a short notice period.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records within HR databases. Daily duties also involve preparing essential HR documents such as offer letters and contracts, assisting with Employee & Industrial Relations compliance, and ensuring timely payroll support through the compilation of attendance and leave records. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English are essential for managing confidential information effectively.

Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (prior HR or Admin experience is a plus)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess good communication skills, specifically fluent in English
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion
- Ability to support end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Experience maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases accurately
- Familiarity with preparing official HR documents such as offer letters and employment contracts
- Ability to assist in documentation related to Employee & Industrial Relations
- Capable of supporting payroll functions by compiling and verifying attendance and leave records
- Ability to join the company immediately or within a very short notice period
