RECEPTIONIST @ PR COMPLEX AND HOTELS
The Receptionist will be responsible for handling all front-desk duties at PR Complex and Hotels, located in Sinza, Dar es Salaam. Key responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, managing reservations and check-ins/check-outs, and answering phone calls efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
The ideal candidate must have at least one year of relevant experience and be prepared to work night shifts. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a minimum of Form Four education. Preference is given to male applicants aged 21 years or older.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist role.
- Form Four education level or higher.
- Must be available for night shifts.
- Age: 21 years or older.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle front-desk duties efficiently.
- Proficient in managing bookings and reservations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines and inquiries.
