Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience of over 3 years managing Interior design projects successfully.
- High proficiency in industry-standard Design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max).
- Demonstrate strong creativity and exceptional visual presentation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building materials, finishes, furniture, and current design trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, coupled with strong client management skills.
- Ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful design projects and conceptual abilities.
