SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING EXPERT @ OXYGENE PR & ADVERTISING COMPANY
An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated Sustainability Reporting Expert to support our clients' environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure needs. This specialized role involves leading the development, writing, and assurance of high-quality sustainability reports compliant with international standards such as GRI and SASB. The Expert will guide clients through the reporting process, from data collection and materiality assessment to final publication, ensuring transparency and credibility.
We seek a candidate with robust technical knowledge of sustainability metrics and reporting methodologies, coupled with exceptional project management capabilities. You must be adept at translating complex sustainability performance data into accessible narrative content for annual reports and corporate communications. Prior experience working with large Tanzanian corporations or multinational entities on ESG matters is highly advantageous.

Requirements:
- Deep expertise in global sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Proven experience in drafting and editing comprehensive sustainability/ESG reports.
- Strong analytical skills related to environmental, social, and governance metrics.
- Ability to liaise with corporate clients and gather necessary data.
- Excellent writing and communication skills for technical and general audiences.
- Knowledge of Tanzanian environmental regulations and corporate social responsibility trends.
- Experience with materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement processes.
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate sustainability or consultancy.
- Tanzanian national status required.
