DESIGNER @ OXYGENE PR & ADVERTISING COMPANY
We are looking for a creative and skilled Designer to join our PR & Advertising team in Tanzania. This position involves conceptualizing and creating high-impact visual materials across various media, including corporate reports, advertisements, social media campaigns, and internal communications. The Designer must ensure all output is visually engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicates the client's message.
The successful candidate will be a highly proficient user of professional design software and possess a strong understanding of design principles applicable to the advertising industry. You must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, work collaboratively with content creators, and present design concepts effectively to stakeholders. Submission of a comprehensive design portfolio is essential.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, preferably within PR or advertising.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (print and digital).
- Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual content.
- Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience designing for both traditional media and digital platforms.
- Ability to adhere to strict brand guidelines and production deadlines.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts preferred.
- Tanzanian national status required.
