Requirements:
- Assist with requirement gathering from stakeholders.
- Assist with documentation of business processes and system requirements.
- Conduct preliminary process analysis to identify operational efficiencies.
- Must possess OPT or STEM OPT visa status (Requirement for US-Only roles).
- Strong analytical and fundamental problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a remote environment.
- Foundational knowledge of business process modeling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Eagerness to learn and apply modern business methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
