NG is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Regional Manager to lead the Channel Sales department across Tanzania. The primary work stations for this role are Pwani and Dar es Salaam, though willingness to travel frequently to other regions is required. Key responsibilities involve developing and executing comprehensive regional business strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and operational goals, alongside monitoring daily operations and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role also demands proficient financial management, including effective budget oversight and the preparation of detailed operational and market analysis reports to inform strategic decisions.

Furthermore, the Regional Manager will be tasked with significant team leadership duties, including the recruitment, training, and performance management of branch managers, ensuring a highly motivated and skilled sales force. The successful candidate must possess strong negotiation skills to manage key customer relations, address escalated client issues, and utilize in-depth knowledge of the Tanzanian market, economy, and consumer behavior to maximize market expansion capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of sales and team management experience at a managerial level.
  • Familiarity with the Tanzanian market is preferred.
  • Strong sales techniques and proven market expansion capabilities.
  • Ability to independently develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English and Swahili (Mandatory).
  • In-depth knowledge of Tanzania's local transportation, economy, and consumer behavior.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and resilience skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
