Neem Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Accountant Intern to join their team in Dar es Salaam. This is a crucial opportunity for a recent or upcoming graduate to gain practical, hands-on experience in corporate accounting practices. The successful candidate will support the finance department in daily operational tasks, financial record-keeping, and general ledger maintenance, working directly at the Mbezi Beach workstation.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong academic foundation in accounting and demonstrate keen attention to detail. This internship is structured to transition academic knowledge into professional competencies, requiring commitment to meeting deadlines and adherence to strict financial protocols. Candidates must be graduating in 2025 to be eligible for this role.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related financial field.
- Must be a graduate or expected to graduate in 2025.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP/IFRS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage detailed financial records accurately.
- Ability to work full-time physically at the workstation in Mbezi Beach, Dar es Salaam.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of integrity and commitment to professional ethics.
