We are hiring four dedicated Mechanics to be based at our Tanga site operations. Successful candidates will be crucial in minimizing equipment downtime by performing expert diagnoses, preventive maintenance, and effective repairs on a variety of heavy plant machinery used in our group's activities. This role requires precision and adherence to strict operational standards.
Applicants must possess a relevant technical qualification and at least three years of experience in heavy plant mechanics. We seek individuals who are reliable, capable of autonomous work, and possess a strong commitment to work ethics and maintaining a safe working environment within the Tanga site.

Requirements:
- Relevant technical qualification in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar mechanical role, preferably heavy machinery.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Good work ethics and strong safety awareness protocols adherence.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing heavy plant equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, trucks).
- Experience performing routine maintenance and preventative checks.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in site conditions (Tanga Site).
- Valid driver's license relevant to site operations.
