This critical role involves ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and security of all company data, managing database systems, and developing strategies for efficient data storage and retrieval. The manager will implement best practices for data quality and compliance.
The Data Manager will be responsible for routine database maintenance, performing complex data analysis, and generating insightful reports for business decisions. We require a professional with deep technical skills in SQL and data modeling who can collaborate cross-functionally to support our operational needs and leverage data effectively for brand growth.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in data management or database administration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to develop and maintain robust data pipelines and architecture.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for data integrity.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with ETL processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
