GLOBAL MANUFACTURING 4.0 HEAD @ MULTINATIONAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY
This senior leadership role seeks a Global Manufacturing 4.0 Head to drive innovation and efficiency across 22 global factory operations. The successful candidate will be based in the United States and assume responsibility for critical areas including factory automation, the introduction of new technologies, and comprehensive digital transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the global manufacturing footprint remains cutting-edge and highly efficient.
The Head of Manufacturing 4.0 will also champion lean management practices throughout the organization, overseeing a substantial team of over 50 professionals. Success in this position requires exceptional strategic vision and the ability to execute complex projects globally while reporting directly to the Global Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives.
- Proven track record in leading automation and digital transformation projects.
- Expertise in lean management principles and implementation.
- Experience managing operations across multiple global factories (22 locations).
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing a large team (50+ members).
- Ability to report directly to C-level executives (Global COO).
- Deep knowledge of new manufacturing technology introduction processes.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
