Requirements:
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Psychology).
- Must be a fresh graduate or early-career professional seeking hands-on HR experience.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment.
- Open to candidates globally, with a potential preference for those based in Kenya.
- Demonstrated exposure to or strong interest in talent acquisition processes and recruitment support.
- Familiarity with basic HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Willingness to learn and contribute actively to people management initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
