We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technical Support Officer to handle our customers' CCTV and IT requirements. The ideal candidate will manage customer support, product guidance, installations, website updates, pricing lists, and coordination with supply partners for technical training and warranty support. This crucial role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and expert technical assistance.
The successful candidate will be based in Dar-Es-Salaam and is expected to have strong technical knowledge, especially regarding CCTV and networking equipment. Compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from 800-1000 USD per month, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility required.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, or Computer Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV and networking equipment.
- Experience with Hikvision products (advantage).
- Basic website management skills.
- Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
