DRONE OPERATOR @ MINITREKS
Minitreks, a fast-growing company focused on digital platforms, tourism, and professional services, is seeking a skilled, creative, and driven Drone Operator to join the team. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality aerial content, including photography, videography, and mapping, for various clients and internal projects. The successful candidate will be based primarily in Zanzibar but must be flexible to undertake assignments occasionally in Dar es Salaam.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing professional aerial shoots, ensuring safe operation, compliance, and performing routine drone maintenance. We are looking for a proactive, client-oriented individual who excels at strategic thinking and can deliver high-quality, engaging final content for clients.

Requirements:
- Experience operating DJI Mini 4 Pro or similar professional drones.
- Valid Tanzania Drone Operator License (highly desirable).
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute professional aerial shoots.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance during operations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Must be professional, charming, and client-oriented.
- Photography skills are a strong advantage.
- Flexibility to work across Zanzibar and occasionally Dar es Salaam.
- Must be a goal-oriented, results-driven personality.
- Proficiency in routine drone maintenance.
