EXPERIENCED USED VEHICLE SALES EXECUTIVE @ MING YUE XIAO
Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join a growing automotive team in Tanzania, Dar es Salaam. The primary goal of this full-time position is to drive sales by effectively selling used vehicles to both individual consumers and corporate clients. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding of the used car market, and the ability to independently manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to final deal closure.
Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles, negotiating competitive prices, and professionally closing sales to achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly targets. This role requires strong organizational skills to handle follow-up inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads) and manage basic vehicle information and documentation for clients. Candidates must be target-driven and capable of independent work with minimal direct supervision.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in used vehicle sales (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, and market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- English proficiency required for documentation and client interaction
- Valid driving license is essential for test drives and client meetings
- Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Experience developing and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency in managing sales documentation, invoicing, and follow-up processes
