We are searching for a highly competent Workshop Foreman to manage our maintenance and repair facility in Mbeya. The Foreman will lead a team of technicians, prioritizing work orders, ensuring vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules are strictly followed, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key duties include diagnostics, hands-on repair support, inventory management of spare parts, and implementing preventive maintenance programs (PMP) to minimize downtime for all industrial and fleet assets.

Requirements:
- Technical Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop operations, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Expert knowledge of diagnosing and repairing heavy machinery, trucks, or industrial equipment.
- Ability to manage workshop scheduling, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee technicians and mechanics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs (PMP).
- Proficiency in vehicle diagnostic software.
- Strong organizational and budgetary control skills.
- Valid heavy vehicle driving license preferred.
