SHIFT SUPERVISOR @ METL GROUP
We are seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to manage production operations during their assigned shift at our Moshi facility. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring production targets are met efficiently, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are strictly followed by all personnel.
This leadership role requires strong communication skills to coordinate workflow, address immediate operational issues, and prepare comprehensive shift handover reports detailing performance metrics and material usage.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Production Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong ability to coordinate production flow and manage line personnel across shifts.
- Expert knowledge of quality control procedures and adherence to production targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for managing unexpected operational bottlenecks.
- Experience enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Proficiency in documenting shift reports, performance metrics, and inventory handover.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and waste reduction techniques.
- Ability to conduct basic training for new operators.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
