The METL Group is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our commercial efforts in Dar es Salaam. This role involves managing a dedicated sales team, setting ambitious targets, and driving profitable growth within the manufacturing sector market. The Supervisor will be responsible for territory planning, performance coaching, and ensuring exceptional customer relationship management.
Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, preparing performance forecasts, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and brand visibility. This is a critical leadership role requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or relevant commercial leadership role (3+ years).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry market in Tanzania.
- Ability to set targets and motivate sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel within the region.
- A Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
