SALES SUPERVISOR @ METL GROUP
The METL Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to drive market presence and sales performance in Zanzibar. This role is instrumental in guiding the local sales team, implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction within this key island market.
Responsibilities include setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, coaching sales representatives on effective selling techniques, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and product penetration.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or relevant commercial leadership role (3+ years).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Kiswahili and English.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry market specifically in Zanzibar.
- Ability to set targets and motivate sales teams.
- Experience managing distributor relationships.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Zanzibar distribution channels.
- A Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
