QUALITY CONTROLLER (PRINTING) @ METL GROUP
A skilled Quality Controller specializing in Printing is required for our Dar es Salaam facility. The primary focus of this role is inspecting raw materials, monitoring the printing process, and ensuring that all finished products meet stringent quality standards regarding color accuracy, registration, and material integrity.
This position demands in-depth knowledge of printing technologies, the ability to utilize precise measurement tools like spectrophotometers, and the capacity to document and immediately address non-conformance issues with the production team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality control specific to the printing industry (flexography, offset, or digital).
- In-depth knowledge of printing processes, color management (CMYK, Pantone), and print defects.
- Ability to use inspection tools (densitometers, spectrophotometers) accurately.
- Strong attention to detail for visual inspections of final products.
- Experience developing and implementing QC checklists and standards.
- Ability to document non-conformities and communicate issues to production teams.
- Knowledge of ISO standards related to manufacturing quality.
- Technical training or certification in Printing Technology or Quality Assurance.
- Ability to calibrate and maintain QC equipment.
- Experience with product traceability systems.
