MIXER OPERATOR @ METL GROUP
A dedicated Mixer Operator is sought for our production facility in Zanzibar. This vital role involves the precise measurement, loading, and mixing of raw materials according to specific formulation recipes to ensure the production of consistent, high-quality products.
The operator is expected to adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform routine quality checks during the mixing process, and maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards for all mixing equipment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating industrial mixing equipment, preferably in food or chemical manufacturing.
- Ability to follow precise formulation recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Skill in measuring and loading raw materials accurately.
- Knowledge of quality checks required during the mixing process (e.g., viscosity, pH).
- Commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Basic mechanical skills to perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot mixer faults.
- Adherence to safety procedures when handling materials and operating machinery.
- High school diploma or vocational training equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy bags of raw materials.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
