We are looking for an experienced Estate Engineer based in Tanga to oversee the maintenance, improvement, and development of all company properties and infrastructure within the region. This pivotal role ensures that all physical assets are maintained to the highest operational and safety standards.
Responsibilities include managing facility budgets, supervising maintenance staff and contractors, and planning preventive maintenance programs (PMP). The ideal candidate possesses deep technical knowledge across civil, mechanical, and electrical domains relevant to industrial estates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in estate management, facility maintenance, or large-scale property management.
- Strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
- Ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations (OSHA, etc.).
- Experience with preventative maintenance planning (PMP).
- Familiarity with environmental compliance standards.
- Strong project management skills for renovation and expansion works.
- Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., ERB) is highly desirable.
