Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Ability to coordinate and manage office budgets.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies.
