SALES MANAGER (FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY) – 3PL | U.S. FREIGHT @ METABLACK LLC
Metablack LLC, a fast-growing U.S.-based 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) company, is expanding its India operations in Gurgaon to scale and support its U.S. brokerage network. We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager (Female Candidate only) to lead our Gurgaon sales team. This senior leadership position is critical for driving carrier acquisition, nurturing shipper relationships, and achieving significant revenue growth, requiring the candidate to work during US Shift Timings (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
Key responsibilities include developing and executing robust sales strategies, overseeing daily operations such as load procurement and carrier negotiations, and analyzing complex freight market trends. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales and account management teams to meet aggressive KPI-driven targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- 10–15 years of proven experience in U.S. Freight Brokerage or 3PL sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of U.S. logistics, including load boards, the spot market, and carrier management techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams with measurable results.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Expertise in negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and client retention strategies.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset, decision-making capability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Must be available to work US Shift Timings (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new carriers and shipper accounts to expand the network.
