SAP UK PAYROLL SPECIALIST @ MEGHA BAGCHI
This role seeks an experienced SAP UK Payroll Specialist to join a leading multinational corporation. The specialist will be crucial in hands-on SAP Employee Central (EC) payroll processing, focusing specifically on the UK, while also handling operations for multiple other countries including Mexico, Finland, Ireland, and Norway. Key responsibilities involve the configuration of payroll schemes and rules, system enhancements, and managing change requests within an Agile Product Delivery framework.The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex payroll-related issues, collaborating closely with IT, HR, and external vendors. A core duty is ensuring absolute compliance of payroll processes with all local regulations and company policies across the serviced regions. This position offers an annual CTC of 30 LPA.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of professional experience in SAP Payroll.
- Hands-on experience in SAP EC payroll processing across multiple countries.
- Expertise in configuration of payroll schemes, rules, and related components to meet business needs.
- Proven ability in investigating and resolving complex payroll-related issues, working with IT, HR, and external vendors.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Good understanding of Employee Central Payroll for UK, Mexico, Finland, Ireland, and Norway.
- Hands-on configuration experience in Employee Central payroll for bug fixes, change requests, and enhancements.
- Experience working within an Agile Product Delivery framework.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective team integration.
- Preferred qualification: MBA in Finance from a reputed university.
