Matlucky is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Sales Manager to be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This pivotal role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, ensuring the company meets its revenue targets and expands its market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading strategic negotiations, and preparing detailed sales reports for senior management.
The Sales Manager will also be tasked with building, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve peak performance. Candidates must possess a strong background in sales management, coupled with a relevant Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, and proven proficiency in utilizing CRM software to streamline operations. Fluency in English is required for effective communication in this fast-paced environment.
