FEMALE SALES OFFICER (10 POSITIONS) @ MASTERMINE TZ
This role seeks 10 driven and results-oriented Female Sales Officers to significantly boost sales, manage robust client relationships, and strategically expand the market presence of our alcoholic beverage products, particularly the KINGSMAN Dry Gin brand. Successful candidates will be responsible for consistently achieving ambitious monthly sales targets, accurately managing customer orders, and working in close collaboration with the sales office to ensure timely product delivery across the Dar es Salaam region.Key responsibilities include constant market monitoring, analyzing competitor activities and pricing, and developing and implementing promotional strategies to enhance product awareness. The Sales Officer must diligently maintain daily sales records and generate comprehensive performance reports, acting as a crucial link between the company and both existing and prospective clientele.
Requirements:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective customers through regular visits and communications.
- Consistently meet or exceed challenging monthly sales targets.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
- Accurately record and manage all customer order documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales office staff to ensure efficient and timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Drive product awareness and visibility through effective promotional campaigns and advertisements.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain precise daily sales records and prepare detailed daily performance reports for management.
- Must be female (required attribute for the position).
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or beverage industry is highly desirable.
