CLINIC RECEPTIONIST @ LESA DENTAL SURGERY
LESA DENTAL SURGERY is actively seeking a professional and organized Clinic Receptionist to manage the front office operations at our location in Moshi Mjini. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for creating a positive experience, managing appointments, handling patient registration, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow. This role requires strong communication skills in both Swahili and English, coupled with excellent computer literacy to manage digital records efficiently.
Key qualifications include holding a Diploma or equivalent certification in Medical or Health Administration, and possessing up to two years of prior experience working as a Clinic Receptionist, ideally within a healthcare setting. We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational capabilities, a strong commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to handle scheduling and payment processing accurately while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor.

Requirements:
- Diploma (Or equivalent) with relevant certificates in Medical Administration and/or Health Administration.
- Computer Literacy.
- Fluent in Swahili and English (Speaking and Writing).
- Up to 2 years of Clinic Receptionist experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Ability to process payments and handle billing inquiries.
