SALES & PROMOTION OFFICER @ KWM MOTORS (TANZANIA) LIMITED
This is a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated Sales & Promotion Officer to join KWM Motors (Tanzania) Limited. The primary focus of this role is the planning, successful execution, and comprehensive follow-up of various promotional events across our network of stores located in various regions of Tanzania. The officer will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility and driving sales performance through strategic events, requiring proven experience and strong execution capabilities.
Key responsibilities include evaluating event effectiveness, analyzing results for continuous improvement, and coordinating extensively with both internal stakeholders (stores) and external suppliers. A strong background or preference for the motorcycle industry is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory for event materials effectively.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong creativity and execution ability.
- Motorcycle industry background is preferred.
- Proved tracked event history.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within various regions of Tanzania.
- Strong analytical skills for event effectiveness evaluation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with suppliers and stores.
- Demonstrated ability to manage event material inventory efficiently.
