KWM Motors (Tanzania) Limited, operating under the Keeway brand, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Services professional to join our Channel Sales Department. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing client interactions efficiently. The role primarily involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate client interaction records within our systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent educational background, coupled with one to two years of experience specifically in the customer service field. While proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is mandatory, candidates with proficiency in English and another foreign language, along with basic data analysis skills, will have a competitive advantage.

Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent educational background.
- One to Two years of relevant working experience in the customer services field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity and proficiency with CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal and effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and high-pressure situations professionally.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Must be results-oriented and able to work effectively within the Channel Sales Department.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of any other foreign language is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding or skills related to data analysis.
