REGIONAL MANAGER @ KEEWAY
KEEWAY is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead Channel Sales operations across Tanzania. The primary work station includes Pwani and Dar es Salaam, with responsibilities extending to other regions. This role demands a proactive leader capable of developing and executing robust regional business strategies to meet ambitious sales and operational targets. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding market presence and driving profitability within their designated territory.
The Regional Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, ensure compliance with company policies, and prepare detailed financial and operational reports. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring branch managers, conducting performance appraisals, and cultivating strong relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Fluency in both English and Swahili is mandatory, alongside deep familiarity with Tanzania's local economy and consumer behavior.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and team management experience at a managerial level.
- Fluency in both English and Swahili (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of the Tanzanian market, including local transportation, economy, and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability in strategic planning and implementation of regional business strategies.
- Strong sales techniques and market expansion capabilities, with the ability to independently develop strategies.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, resilience, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring operational compliance with company policies.
- Strong analytical skills for preparing comprehensive financial and operational reports.
