KEDA (T) Ceramic Co. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chinese Translator to join their manufacturing operations located in Chalinze, Coast Region, Tanzania. This role is crucial for bridging communication gaps between Chinese management and local staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. The translator will be responsible for both verbal and written translations across Chinese, English, and Swahili.
Key duties include translating for daily meetings, site operations, and administrative communication, as well as handling simple documents, reports, and work instructions. The ideal candidate will be physically fit to work in a demanding manufacturing environment and possess the necessary language skills and professionalism to facilitate effective departmental coordination.

Requirements:
- Basic to good Chinese language proficiency (spoken required).
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and/or Swahili.
- Previous translation or factory experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and professionalism.
- Physically and healthy fit to work in a manufacturing Industry.
- Proficiency in translating technical or manufacturing-related terminology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information.
- Experience with document formatting and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with diverse teams.
