FINANCE SUPERVISOR (2 POSITIONS) @ JOHN GWAZA
Our company is urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Supervisor to fill two vacant positions located in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the financial department, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and managing departmental compliance. This role requires a professional with at least two years of relevant field experience who is prepared to contribute significantly to the company's financial stability and growth.Key responsibilities include utilizing finance-related systems proficiently, preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring all financial processes adhere to established guidelines and standards. The supervisor will also play a crucial role in leading and mentoring junior staff, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to senior management regarding the company's fiscal performance.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in the financial department.
- Awareness and proficiency in Finance related systems.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Supervisor or similar management role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
