FMCG SALES SPECIALIST (SOUTHERN) (2 POSITIONS) @ IZABRON
We are seeking two highly motivated FMCG Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team covering the Southern region, based primarily in Mbeya. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing key accounts within the fast-moving consumer goods sector. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and a proven ability to achieve challenging sales quotas.
The Specialist will execute sales strategies, ensure optimal product placement, and maintain excellent relationships with distributors and retailers. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, coupled with at least two years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry. Fluency in both Swahili and English is mandatory for effective communication across all operational levels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degreee in marketing or other related field
- Experience needed is 2+ years in FMCG
- Fluent in Swahili and English language
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the Southern region
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market and distribution channels
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
