We are looking for a creative professional who can balance aesthetic design with functional utility to deliver exceptional digital products.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in contemporary design software like Figma or Adobe XD, coupled with a strong foundation in user-centered design principles. You must be adept at creating detailed wireframes, prototypes, and specifications, and prepared to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and researchers within an Agile framework.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design experience
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Solid understanding of human-computer interaction principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience
