Candidates must have 8+ years of relevant experience and must hold either Green Card (GC) or US Citizenship (USC) status. The role involves contributing throughout the entire software development lifecycle, utilizing technologies like Spring and Hibernate, and adhering to Agile methodologies.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Must hold Green Card (GC) or US Citizenship (USC) status (GC/USC Only).
- Expertise in core Java technologies and frameworks, including Spring and Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database optimization.
- Proficient in version control systems like Git.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Maven).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
