Hurd Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Intern to join our remote Human Resources/Recruitment department. This internship offers practical experience in international hiring processes, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across different platforms like job portals and LinkedIn. You will play a crucial role in maintaining candidate databases and providing daily support to the recruitment team.
The ideal candidate will be based in India, currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, or a related field, possessing strong communication and coordination skills. Requirements:
- Must be based in India.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates effectively.
- Maintain and update comprehensive candidate databases and trackers.
- Support the recruitment team with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong command of written and verbal communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work remotely and consistently meet established deadlines.
- Basic working understanding of general recruitment processes (a plus).
