CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE @ HSD HUMAN RESOURCES SOLUTIONS (TZ)
HSD Human Resources Solutions (TZ), on behalf of its client in the logistics industry, is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales Executive. This role is crucial for supporting business growth by identifying, developing, and managing key corporate accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from generating leads to negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery in collaboration with operations teams.Key duties include preparing persuasive sales proposals and quotations, tracking market trends, and reporting sales performance directly to management. This position requires a self-driven professional with proven success in meeting demanding sales targets and extensive experience within the competitive logistics sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of demonstrated sales experience.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience specifically within the logistics industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets.
- Must be self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to prepare professional sales proposals and detailed quotations for corporate clients.
- Experience in managing, maintaining, and growing existing customer relationships.
- Proficiency in developing and presenting detailed sales reports and market updates to senior management.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and contract finalization.
