We are hiring a dedicated Waiter specialized in providing exceptional fine dining service. This role involves delivering high standards of professional table service, ensuring guest satisfaction through strong interpersonal skills, and maintaining a polished and presentable appearance. The Waiter will be the primary point of contact for guests, requiring in-depth menu knowledge and efficient order management.
Successful candidates, ideally male, must be capable of working under pressure while upholding flawless service standards. Key duties include accurate order taking, prompt food and beverage delivery, and comprehensive knowledge of beverage pairings and menu descriptions. A strong commitment to team collaboration and maintaining an immaculate service area is essential.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in fine dining service
- Demonstrated knowledge of professional table service standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentable appearance and ability to work under pressure
- Must be male (Men Only) due to role requirements
- Ability to memorize menu items and provide detailed descriptions to guests
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service protocols
- Physical stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long shifts
- Efficiency in taking complex orders and managing multiple tables simultaneously
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and professional work environment
