MANAGEMENT COUPLE @ HOSPITALITY AND OUTDOOR
This role seeks an experienced Management Couple to lead operations at an Ultra Luxury Lodge located in the iconic Masai Mara, Kenya. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lodge, ensuring seamless operations across FOH, F&B, HR, Finance, and Maintenance, while championing a guest-focused philosophy to deliver world-class safari experiences. This position requires strong leadership, cultural sensitivity, and a comprehensive background in high-end hospitality management. The start date is scheduled for February 2026.
The comprehensive compensation package includes $5,000 nett per couple per month, along with housing, meals, medical coverage, and three return flights per season. Applicants must demonstrate 8–10 years of luxury lodge management experience and a proven ability to maintain exceptional standards in a demanding environment.

Requirements:
- 8–10 years lodge management experience in Luxury Establishments
- Strong all-round lodge operations knowledge, including Front of House (FOH), Food & Beverage (F&B), Human Resources (HR), Finance, and Maintenance
- Demonstrated Guest-focused philosophy and proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences
- Respectful of local cultures and possessing excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and guest relations
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations typical of high-end safari operations
- Proficient in financial reporting, budget management, and cost control
- Experience in staff training, development, and motivation
- Commitment to conservation and ethical tourism practices
- Proficiency in relevant hospitality software systems and reservation platforms
