This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Used Vehicle Customer Care Specialist at Honglong, located in Dar es-Salaam. The specialist is expected to handle customer interactions skillfully, maintain positive client relationships, and contribute proactively to improving the overall customer experience.
Key tasks include resolving customer concerns efficiently and utilizing analytical skills to address issues effectively. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the automotive industry. Prior experience in used vehicle sales or customer support is highly advantageous.
