SALES EXECUTIVE (4 POSITIONS) @ HIVIEW INTERNATIONAL TANZANIA
Hiview International Tanzania is seeking highly motivated Sales Executives (4 Positions) to join their team. This role focuses on implementing sales strategies for auto parts and tires across assigned territories within Tanzania. Key responsibilities include identifying and managing relationships with dealers, garages, and wholesalers to ensure robust market growth and achieving ambitious monthly and annual sales goals through effective prospecting and account management.The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning pricing, promotions, and inventory with market demands while collaborating closely with logistics and sourcing teams for timely delivery. The role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to conduct frequent field visits and travel across regions to maintain professional service standards and submit regular performance reports and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related field.
- Proven experience in sales/marketing in automotive, tires, spare parts, or closely related industries.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing specifically outdoor sales in spare parts.
- Professional experience in Auto repair services.
- Fluent in English is mandatory; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive market growth.
- Strategic thinking skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions.
- Ability to conduct frequent field visits, attend client meetings, and travel across regions as required.
