SALES MANAGER @ HIVIEW INTERNATIONAL
The Sales Manager position at Hiview International involves developing and overseeing regional marketing and sales strategies within the automotive sector across Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, ensuring customer retention, and achieving aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. This role requires proactively identifying and converting leads while strengthening key client relationships to foster market growth.Core duties include executing automotive sales initiatives, optimizing margins through strategic pricing and inventory planning, and analyzing market data to recommend strategic adjustments. The manager must collaborate effectively with operations to guarantee product availability and timely delivery. Regular submission of sales reports and upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service are essential components of this management role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or related sectors.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in sales/marketing.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role in the Automotive industry.
- Proven experience in Managing Auto repair services.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage market operations.
