SALES EXECUTIVE (4 POSITIONS) @ HIVIEW INTERNATIONAL
Hiview International, a leading sourcing and supply firm with active operations in Kenya and Tanzania, is expanding its auto parts and tire business and seeking to appoint 4 highly motivated Sales Executives. The primary goal of this role is to drive commercial strategy, develop key partnerships, and lead revenue growth across Tanzania, operating specifically from Dar es Salaam. The executive will be responsible for implementing and executing sales plans for auto parts, tires, and related automotive products, managing relationships with dealers, fleet operators, and wholesalers, and ensuring alignment of pricing and inventory with market demand.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering) and at least 2 years of proven experience in outdoor sales within the automotive, tires, or spare parts industry. Success in this role requires strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making. The Sales Executive will also be tasked with analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and maintaining high standards of customer service representative of Hiview International.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, Automotive engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
- Proven experience in sales/marketing in automotive, tires, spare parts, or closely related industries.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing specifically outdoor sales in spare parts.
- Professional experience in Auto repair services.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive market growth.
- Strategic thinking skills.
- Data driven decision-making.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions.
- Ability to conduct frequent field visits, attend client meetings and travel across regions as required.
- Knowledge in Chinese is an added advantage.
