SALES MANAGER @ HIRECREST
This role requires a dedicated Sales Manager to drive market expansion and revenue growth across Tanzania. The primary focus will be managing sales operations, overseeing teams, and achieving aggressive targets within the FMCG and Cosmetics sectors. This is a critical leadership position requiring a hands-on approach to sales strategy and distribution channel optimization.
The successful candidate must be highly adaptable and open to working across multiple locations, including Tanga and Dar es Salaam, depending on operational needs. Experience in cosmetics manufacturing is compulsory, and a strong background demonstrating technical capability and operational strength is highly valued.

Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG and/or Cosmetics manufacturing is compulsory.
- Proven managerial experience overseeing sales teams in multiple regions (Tanga and Dar es Salaam).
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities for sales growth.
- Strong technical and operational leadership skills, hands-on approach preferred.
- Demonstrated Africa exposure (strong advantage).
- Experience managing distribution networks and key accounts.
- Openness to relocation and extensive travel between Tanga and Dar es Salaam.
- Expertise in sales forecasting and budget management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement corrective actions.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and mentor sales personnel.
