SALES EXECUTIVE @ HIRECREST
This role requires a dedicated Sales Executive to drive market expansion and revenue growth for our FMCG/Cosmetics products in the Tanga region. The primary focus involves direct sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring effective distribution channel execution to meet ambitious targets. This position demands a proactive and technically hands-on approach to operational sales.
The ideal candidate must possess compulsory experience in FMCG and/or Cosmetics manufacturing and be operationally strong. Preference is given to those with Africa exposure and a demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The role is based specifically at the Tanga operations.

Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG and/or Cosmetics manufacturing is compulsory.
- Proven track record in sales execution and achieving defined targets.
- Strong understanding of the Tanga regional market dynamics.
- Ability to manage sales operations and distribution logistics effectively.
- Must be technically hands-on and operationally strong.
- Demonstrated Africa exposure (strong advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM software usage.
- Openness to potential relocation within Tanzania.
