PRODUCTION MANAGER – PLASTIC @ HIRECREST
We seek a highly experienced Production Manager specializing in Plastic manufacturing to lead our Dar es Salaam Plant operations. This role involves full oversight of the plastic production cycle, including machinery management, team leadership, quality control, and maximizing plant capacity and efficiency within the FMCG/Cosmetics sector.
This managerial role requires compulsory experience in FMCG or Cosmetics manufacturing and a minimum of 5 years in a high-volume plastic production environment. The manager must be technically hands-on, operationally strong, and possess the leadership skills necessary to drive continuous improvement and profitability at the Dar es Salaam site.

Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG and/or Cosmetics manufacturing is compulsory.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a high-volume plastic production plant.
- Expertise in plastic processing techniques and complex plant machinery management.
- Proven ability to optimize plant operational efficiency and production capacity in Dar es Salaam.
- Strong technical leadership, requiring a hands-on approach to factory operations.
- Experience managing large production teams, focusing on performance metrics and training.
- Demonstrated Africa exposure (strong advantage).
- Excellent coordination capabilities with logistics, procurement, and supply chain in Dar es Salaam.
- Experience in managing production budgets and controlling manufacturing costs.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO) and safety regulations.
