PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE @ HIRECREST
We are looking for a highly capable Production Executive to manage and optimize daily manufacturing operations at our Dar es Salaam plant, specializing in the FMCG/Cosmetics sector. This role involves supervising production lines, managing team workflows, and ensuring all output meets stringent quality and efficiency standards.
The successful candidate must be technically hands-on and possess compulsory experience in FMCG or Cosmetics manufacturing. They will be critical in driving operational strength, improving throughput, and managing resources effectively within the Dar es Salaam location. Africa exposure is a strong advantage.

Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG and/or Cosmetics manufacturing is compulsory.
- Proven track record in managing daily production schedules and hitting volume targets.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control protocols.
- Must be technically hands-on and effective on the production line.
- Operationally strong, focusing on maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Demonstrated Africa exposure (strong advantage).
- Familiarity with the specific production environment and logistics in Dar es Salaam.
- Excellent team coordination, supervision, and performance reporting skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor operational issues quickly.
