MANAGER - TREASURY @ HIRECREST
This role is for a highly experienced Manager of Treasury to oversee all aspects of treasury operations for a large industrial organization. The ideal candidate will possess robust hands-on expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and financial reporting. While profiles from bulk and heavy industries are encouraged, candidates with direct experience in the steel sector are strongly preferred due to the specific nature of the business operations and financial flows.
The Treasury Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimal working capital management and implementing efficient treasury controls across the West African operations. Key functions include leading coordination efforts with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging advanced analytical tools like Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, and utilizing financial systems such as ERP Microsoft Navision to streamline processes. This is a critical leadership position requiring strategic insight and strong execution skills to maintain financial stability and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Treasury operations.
- Previous experience within the Steel industry (highly preferred).
- Background in bulk or heavy industry profiles.
- Expertise in Treasury and cash management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Navision (an added advantage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proven capability in managing and optimizing banking relationships.
- Experience developing and implementing financial risk management strategies.
