We are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy and execution across Tanzania’s FMCG and Cosmetics manufacturing operations. This senior role involves setting strategic direction for both sales and marketing functions, ensuring brand visibility, market penetration, and sustainable revenue generation.
The Head of Sales & Marketing must possess extensive leadership experience, operational prowess, and the ability to steer commercial efforts across key operational hubs, specifically Tanga and Dar es Salaam. Experience working across African markets is a significant advantage, and candidates must be technically sound and operationally focused.

Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG and/or Cosmetics manufacturing is compulsory.
- Extensive leadership experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing across regional African markets.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive brand and sales strategies successfully.
- Proven track record of driving significant and measurable revenue growth.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L responsibility and budget control experience.
- Technically hands-on and possess strong operational oversight capabilities.
- Openness to relocation and frequent travel between Tanga and Dar es Salaam.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and traditional sales channels.
- Ability to lead and mentor high-performing commercial teams.
